To Duvall Diesel and Automotive:

Would it be possible for you to put the crossroads of your business on your recorded message in addition to your hours. Also the very young ladies voice is hard to understand. I'm telling you this because you are the Best Automotive Repair Shop in town and think it would be an asset to your business as well as your customers to have it more clearly stated.

Ms Humble,

That for sure they are the best! I just left there from an oil change, and Lyndsay is one hard one to understand period... (Just kidding Lyndsay :))

Just so you know I passed the message onto Duvall Diesel and Automotive. I have to agree with you that they are for sure the best in town!

All the best,

Jim

Hello Ms. Humble,
Thank You for your input, I am always open to new ways to help improve Duvall Diesel and Automotive. I thank you again and hope my message is more understandable this time.
Also to answer your question of our location, we really don't have crossroads. We're off of Main St., about 1/4 mile N. of where Big Rock Rd. and 203 intersect. Maybe you could give me your opinion. In my message I stated we are located across the street from Copper Hill Square. I'm not sure about yourself but I am somewhat new to this town, Do you think Copper Hill Square is a popular enough place that people could understand where we are located?

Greatly Appreciated,
Lyndsay Mallory

Good afternoon Duvall Diesel and Automotive,

I wanted to thank you for getting back to me regarding my question on the crossroads of your business.

The information is very helpful and I also listened to your recorded outgoing message and the directions (location and hours) are more clearly stated and sounds much better.

Regards,
